Kingsworth Volvo - Case study

Snows Motor Group is a privately owned company that has been in business for over 50 years and is recognised as being one of the leading motor groups in the south. Representing some of the automotive industry’s most prestigious brands, Snows Group provides motorists across the south and southwest of England with a level of customer service that goes unsurpassed.

The brief:

Snows decided to roll out an extensive refurbishment project on their Kings Worthy site over six different phases. The works began with a complete refurbishment of the upstairs offices, followed by an entirely new MOT workshop with a viewing gallery that allows customers to view their cars being serviced.

We managed a total redesign and build of the main Volvo dealership to a very detailed specification. Trading continued throughout these works which proved to be logistically challenging, but due to careful segregation and correct planning, the works were carried out with no real detrimental impact upon customers, staff and the surrounding environment. Snows were delighted at the final result
