Churcham House Teddington

Ten stunning, luxury apartments with private access and forming part of an imposing landmark building, close to the train station and high street shops.

The brief:

The objective of the project was to develop and convert the serviced office building, Churcham House, into ten high end luxury flats, whilst maintaining many of the existing period features.

The works included a remodel of the basement area, removal of chimney breasts, remodelled stairwells, structural steelwork and a roof extension. We were instructed to carrying out a comprehensive Category B fit out to create a tailor-made space that is both stylish and practical, incorporating many of the periodic features through this listed building. We carried out the ceilings, partitioning, plastering, bespoke carpentry and decoration packages, all of which were carried out to an exacting standard.
