The brief:

This new and exciting development provides ten new industrial units ranging from 8,557 – 50,106 sqft, offering adaptable units to suit all business needs. This development is situated within the newest business district of Solent Business Park.

Internal unit dividing walls are to be masonry construction and power floated concrete flooring. All units have mains statutory services supplied with storm and foul drains connected. We were responsible for all the partition and ceiling installations along with associated joinery, tiling, painting and decorating works. over 12 weeks.
