Introduction Martin is responsible for understanding the goals and vision of our clients and challenging both them and our internal team to maximise the potential of any project, overseeing the handpicked tradespeople that are chosen from the top of our approved and trusted contractor list. Martin has a real talent to adapt, improve and apply procedural methods throughout the business and is at the heart of everything we do. His enthusiasm, energy and attention to detail drives all of our team and our professional partners to deliver the very best for our clients.
Professional History Martin started his construction career as a ceiling fixer when he left school at the young age of just 16. A few years into his profession he started winning large contracts with big names like Brymor, Midas and ISG which led him to building a team of skilled tradespeople and expanding his services into partitioning, dry lining and other internal finishes.
A natural born leader, and after 10 years of being on the tools, Martin realised his potential and set up G&E Projects (a family run business) 9 years ago which today has 22 full time staff members with a turnover of £9m (2020).
Interests Martin is a Liverpool supporter and loves watching and coaching football. Having five kids, he also spends as much time as possible with his family.
