Working with Architects, Interior Designers, Landlord's and Property Professionals, we prepare bid's and deliver schemes that have already been designed.
After a designer or architect has been appointed to produce a design and specification of a building a consultant team is then appointed to take control of the design & cost.
Upon the completion of the design a client will work with it's chosen professional team to appoint a main contractor to carry out the scheme taking full responsibility of all tradespeople and materials including all works carried out by sub-contractors.
Once the scheme has been instructed to go ahead we will arrange a pre-construction meeting to run through the proposed project team, budgets, time frames and legalities. With a team and date confirmed, the planning to start on site begins. We'll agree a mobilisation period and decide when activity on site will take place in order to meet deadlines. By identifying critical items like main services, IT infrastructure and lead-times for specialist materials and finishes we can ensure that the project will be running in plenty of time to meet completion dates.
From the moment the project starts you'll be allocated a dedicated project and site manager. They'll be there from site set up, to practical completion and beyond. Connecting clients with all onsite activity, they will closely monitor activity at all times. Assessing quality control, managing orders of materials and evaluating any changes. If the brief needs to be revised at any point they can communicate with the designer and professional team to amend costs and identify any new critical paths allowing you to concentrate on a successful and stress free delivery.
