The brief:
We started on site in late October and the project ran through to March to get the facility back open to the public ready for the Easter Holidays.
This large refurbishment included the full strip out of the working areas back to shell, new M&E installation, curtain walling and doors, new bars, bespoke joinery items, structural alterations, the forming of a new cellar, new external rendering and canopies, re-roofing and all internal finishes.
