Construction Project Planning

Design Phase

From conceptualisation and collaborative iteration to detailed planning, the design phase is where your vision and requirements are translated into preliminary plans. These designs will set the stage for the entire construction process and provide a detailed roadmap for the subsequent stages to ensure a streamlined build.

Quantity Surveying

At the beginning of your project, our quantity surveyors will work to provide accurate cost estimates and establish a realistic budget. Throughout the process, the quantity surveyors will also manage monthly evaluations, works completed, subcontractors and project variations to help keep costs on track.

Procurement of Resources

Before getting started, we’ll source and purchase the construction materials and equipment needed to complete your project. We will also identify, negotiate and hire the best subcontractors for specialised tasks.

Health and Safety

As a leading construction company, we place health and safety at the forefront of our activity. We implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and minimise risk to our clients and the community.

Contract Management

We appoint a dedicated contract manager, who will be your main point of contact, to each project. From planning and procurement to resolving any potential issues, your contract manager will be responsible for ensuring your project runs smoothly.

Site Management

On a daily basis, the progress of your project will be overseen by one of our site managers. Their role will be to assist in the coordination of construction activity, monitor quality standards and manage the health and safety of live environments.

The construction phase involves the actual execution of planned designs. Guided by project managers, skilled tradespeople will bring your visions to life. We’ll carry out regular inspections and ensure that we are communicating the progress of your project effectively.
