The brief:
This project was delivered over a 4-month period, divided into four phases to ensure the continued and uninterrupted care of patients in need of kidney dialysis. The build comprised of stripping the existing building back to its original shell and upgrading all MEPH to meet new legislation.
The building was subsequently fitted out to a full medical specification in line with Health Technical Memoranda (HTM). Having now completed 15 units across England and Wales, we have all the necessary experience to design, construct and handover a safe and clean site, to a high standard, achieving Care Quality Commission (CQC) sign off.
