Initial consultation and planning
The first phase in any project we take on is to meet with the client to get a thorough understanding of their vision, needs, budget and target audience. We’ll assess the location, measure the space and use this information to develop some initial concepts. This will include floor plans, equipment placement and material selections.
Design and development
Once the initial concept is approved, our design team will work on detailed 3D drawings to reflect equipment specifications and electrical and plumbing layouts. We’ll collaborate with you to decide which flooring, wall materials, lighting and paint colours will work best for the space.
Construction and installation
Our construction team will then begin building according to the approved plans, including electrical and plumbing work, installation of flooring, walls, ceilings and equipment placement. Throughout this process, your dedicated project manager will conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, regulations and safety standards.
Completion and handover
Upon completion of construction and decoration, a final inspection will be carried out before handover to ensure that everything meets the agreed-upon specification. Once approved, the completed project will be handed back to our client.
